A.M. Wild is a writer whose work crosses genres, explores themes of identity and belonging, and asks pertinent questions about the stories we collectively tell.

Works by A.M. can be found in the Lambda Literary Emerge Anthology, in Two Hawks Quarterly and Sinister Wisdom. Their debut picture book, Not He or She, I'm Me is a starred review title and an American Library Association Stonewall Children’s Honor book.​
 
Two books are forthcoming, Mama, Zaza, and Me, acquired by Henry Holt Books for Young Readers, and The People's Beach, acquired by  Penguin Random House under Kokila.​

They are a Lambda Literary Fellow, a Lambda Literary Writer in Schools, and serve as a Faculty Mentor for the Boyds Mills Storyteller Fellowship.
